Carytown Merchants Association Contest participation – Contestants must be 18 or older to participate and a citizen of the continental United States. Raffle tickets may be purchased as a gift, though winner will be required to show proof of age and residency at time of drawing. Contest duration - Contest runs January 10-February 5, 2010. Tickets for this raffle are $5 each and are available on-line at the Carytown official website (www.carytownrva.org). The ability to purchase raffle tickets will end promptly at 4:59pm EST Friday February 5, 2010. Drawing will be held Friday February 5, 2010 after 5pm and you need not be present to win. Winner will be contacted via email or phone and will be provided with information on redemption of prize. Odds of winning – Odds of winning are solely dependant upon number of entries and tickets sold. Participating Merchants – Participating Merchants may vary and Carytown Merchants Association will provide the winner(s) with a list of participating merchants at time of drawing. Carytown Merchants Association is not responsible for third-party or non-participating merchant activities. Winner is solely responsible for taxes, gratuity and any other fees associated with prize. Carytown Merchants Association will only cover costs of listed goods/services. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent. Board Members and principals of Carytown Merchants Association, Three One One Productions and Participating Merchants are ineligible to win. All decisions of Carytown Merchants Association are final and as such, reserve the right to end or suspend the raffle for any reason, refunding any purchased tickets. Winners agree to hold Carytown Merchants Association Inc., Three One One, LLC, their officers, agents and representatives harmless from any claims resulting from this raffle or any third-party or participating merchant action.
